Review of “Ghostlight”: An Amazing Tale on the Curative Effects of Art
Ghostlight on Flixtor movies is led by three of Tara Mallen, Katherine Mallen and Keith Kupferer's greatest performances of the year. It's the kind of movie that can completely shatter your heart and also fill it up again; it's chock-full of tension and sadness that eventually turns into warmth and compassion. Ghostlight embraces all that Kelly O'Sullivan and Alex Thompson's debut picture Saint Frances demonstrated about the promise these directors possessed. The idea seems so bizarre, yet bringing in Romeo and Juliet turned out to be quite effective; it's stunning, genuinely touching, and wonderfully unique.
