‘Smile 2’ Movie Review: Naomi Scott’s shines

After seeing the Smile 2 Flixtor promoted at my local HOYTs, I scheduled an advance showing, and I must say that it is amazing. Naomi Scott did a great job portraying Skye Riley. Her youthful skill perfectly captured the protagonist's slow mental decline in Smile 2, especially given the large shoes she had to fill in carrying on the narrative of a victim fighting a body-stealing evil that drives others to commit suicide. What I find most admirable about this film are all of the unexpected turns and the redemption arc that Skye is attempting to follow to not only herself but also the people she has wronged in the past.
